What we do
From May 2020, all accredited physiotherapy practices under contract with ACC are required to submit a claim(s) review for each claim that reaches 12 treatments. This is clause 8.3 in the contract. Clinical directors, or those therapists with the relevant qualifications can complete a claims review for each claim. Many practices around New Zealand don’t have a clinical director or staff that meet the minimum qualification requirements to process these claims reviews. This is where Claims Reviews Ltd can help.
We can provide a claims reviewer to review and complete all your claim reviews for you!
Your practice invoices ACC directly for these completed claims reviews and in turn Claims Reviews Ltd invoices you directly for the completed claims review. We invoice you the ACC fee for completing the review meaning there is effectively no cost.
